Did you know...? The Southern Wholesale Gift Show is a unique blend - Saturday all day, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. – 16 dedicated hours for order-writing between you and your buyers. And now a new twist – the show is open to the public on Sunday 1-6 pm. Throughout the whole show, you can do cash-and-carry with items customers can comfortably carry away (and save shipping costs!). Let’s all meet new friends and expand our businesses!

Why should I exhibit at SWGS?

Interacting with your customers in a fun and relaxing environment helps build good relationships and increase sales. As show exhibitors ourselves, we understand the sacrifice you make to attend a show and we want to make your experience at SWGS worthwhile, stress-free and enjoyable. At SWGS, you’ll find a show where the emphasis is on service to you and your customers. We’re honored by your participation and we’ll do everything we can to help you make the very best of your time with us.


What are exhibitor requirements?

To exhibit, you’ll need at least 1 booth (first come, first serve – reserve your space now, once you're registered, you'll be able to see a map of available booths). You can bring your own tables, stands or fixtures or rent tables, table drapes and chairs as needed. Electrical service is available for free - just let us know when you reserve your booth.


How do I register and pay?

If you’re already registered on any other CameoEZ site, you can log in with the user name / password you already have. If not, you can easily create a new account, and then you’ll be able to reserve and pay for everything you need by credit card. If you’d rather pay by check, please download the order form you can see once you're registered, complete and mail.


Where do I stay?

The Hilton Garden Inn across from the Cajun Dome is our show hotel - offering you great convenience, service and reduced rates! Use code 'SWGS' and log in here to book your room today.


Do I bring products to sell?

The Southern Wholesale Gift Show is a unique blend - Saturday all day, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.  - is your order-writing time with your wholesale buyers, with a new twist - if you have products buyers can comfortably carry away, please provide that option for them as well so everyone saves on shipping costs! And to introduce your company and products to even more new customers, the show is open to the public Sunday 1-5 p.m. Please do bring items you can sell and enjoy making new friends and customers!


What about samples?

We encourage you to provide samples for your buyers if you can. And always send all buyers away with a business card, price card, brochure or other information so they can get in touch with you later and place orders!


Should I offer a show special?

Many exhibitors do! You’ll find buyers particularly receptive to any discount, free shipping or extra freebie you can provide, especially when dealing with a new wholesaler and/or a new product.
